Is it possible, if in EE profile, the spouse is un-accompanying but changing it to accompanying in e-APR.

ITA received under CEC.
Please suggest...

If you do that your score will get re-calculated. If you fall below the cutoff score of that draw you should decline your invitation otherwise you are guaranteed rejection.

@DelPiero...

in my EE profile, I got no points for spouse factor, Probably because, she was un-accompanying, so none of her points gaining information was there.

Now if I add her as accompanying in e-APR...So, I guess, by adding her, there is no chance of decrements in my the points..

what do you say...

That is incorrect.

Use a CRS tool to calculate your score with an accompanying spouse and you'll see what I mean.

After ITA, i know its possible to change spouse status as accompanying.. But can i claim points for spouse if IELTS & ECA results are issued after the draw date ?? :-X

Even if those results were issued before ITA date, this is still a tricky question. Nobody knows for sure how CIC judge this case.
IMO, the safest option is to proceed without her points if your re-calculated CRS still meets the cut off.
