Changing Schools while application is in progress *urgent*

Hello,
I have decided to change my school from Concordia University to George Brown College. However I've already done my biometrics and they are processing my application with the Concordia University LOA. They have asked me to provide a proof of tuition paid but since I no longer want to study there I cannot provide them with one.
How should I Inform them of this change?

Not an expert here, but what makes the most sense is to send them a letter of explanation with the explanation of why you changed schools, and the proof of tuition paid for the new school.
