i have changed my General arts and science 2 yrs course into General arts and science 1yr in the same college, Due to course suspended by college. i just wanna ask do i need to inform CIC about that?

if you change college , you have to inform CIC but if you are just changing your program and student Number is same ......i don't think you need to inform ..... But not 100 % confirm on this ....
