I have a spousal open work permit and recently I got a "4 years" PhD admission from university of Montreal and I'm going to change my visa status to study permit, but the visa of my husband is a "one year" postdoctoral work permit. Can anybody please guide me about my application? Does the limited working visa of my husband affect my application? and can my husband apply for OWP after his visa date is due?
