Is it possible to change the 'preferred language' in the citizenship application from english to french or vice-versa after failing the first attempt of citizenship and applying again for it?

If your citizenship application is refused then it means you need to reapply and reapplying with all new paperwork means new application.
It means that you have to collect the documents and fill the forms again with complete new information.

If in case, the application is completely refused, you can reapply using english or french (your choice) regardless of the preferred language chosen during your first application.
