Changing job after VJO

is it possible to change your job while waiting for csq invitation after obtaining vjo (open work permit)

Short answer is no. Long answer is that CSQ invitation is only for that specific VJO. If you change your job, that VJO is no longer valid. When you submit your CSQ application, they will ask for proof that you are still working under that company.
You can change your job but you’re gonna need to ask the new employer to do the VJO for you again which is risky. My advice is to stay where you are at least until CSQ is received.
