Changing from working to visitor process

I have recently applied to change my worker visa to a visitor visa.

What is the process if its accepted. Do i need to go to the boarder and get a new stamp or am i ok just to stay in Canada till the date agreed ?

1. If you are approved, Vegreville will send you a visitor record in the mail. You don't have to go to the border.
2. As to your second question, if you want a new TRV, you have to apply at an overseas office. Visitors can't apply "In Canada" for a new TRV, only workers/students.
