I recently got student visa on behalf of Fanshawe College under the SPP program towards Graduate Diploma. My course is expected to start on May 05, 2014 and I am already in Canada now.
Previously, I also applied towards Graduate Certificate at Concordia University and have recently received Letter of Acceptance from University as well for September 2014 session. Please help me to resolve couple queries as follows:
1. Can I switch from SPP college to University? do I need to inform CIC? what is the process?
2. Because Concordia University is in Quebec, do I need "Certificat d'acceptance du Québec" and/or "Certificat de sélection du Québec" ?
a. what is difference in these two difference type of certificates?
b. Which one I need and how to apply/get?
