Folks, after much deliberation [as u must have seen from my post] I've decided to act on my OINP. A little context
- In Vancouver on closed work-permit with employer - A
- Switching jobs to employer B on a LMIA exempt work permit [c20 reciprocal visa]. This is happening and should take 1-2 months
- Have an EE profile where I have claimed points for job offer and provide LMIA from employer A. Also finished 1 year in Vancouver BC
- Recived OINP last week.
Most likely once OINP starts processing my application I might switch employers and my work permit changes from LMIA to LMIA exempt.
1. Since the OINP is not job offer based, will it affect the OINP application?
2. Can my changes affect my EE application even if OINP succeeds fully?
