So what should i do now? Do i need to re apply for sinp with new employer or just nothing? I will still work at tje same store but with new employer, I need help. Any suggestions will be highly appreciated!

It's just your manager changed not your job. You can always send them a letter stating the your current employer is the one cic can contact for any information. Get that letter from your employer or may you don't reliable need anything. Please consult other members as we'll in this forum.

I totally appreciate your reply but its just not my manager but owner is changed too so it means even though i am working at same store my employer is changed. And my manager has quit the job too!

brother,

as deepdeep mentioned.

Your employer is Tim Hortons, just relax nothing to worry about, it only matter when you were to start working for Mcdonalds (different company ).

make sense?

I have the same question......i have applied for pr almost ten months before....i got my pnp (PGWP)with my current employer and my work permit is open now .....pr process seems very lengthy and my current employer giving hard times to me as they know that my application is processing in cic.can i change my job?and if i change the job, should i report to cic?please give me some suggestions....

Well, here i still have one concern! I think that tim hortons is not my employer, its just a franchise that my employer is owening. All my pay cheques and letters are on a name of BSL HOLDINGS( my employer name). So who ever will take over the store i am working for will be someone else. For example XYZ HOLDINGS, now do i have to inform sinp or cic that my employer has been changed from one to another? Although still its the same tim hortons i am workig for! Hope my point is clear here. Waiting for reply. Thanks.

Hi
How fare is your application with CIC? I Should update CIC that the manager is changed but you ask for a letter from you manage stating that this is what you are doing at the job, your pay, benefits etc and attach his BUSINESS CARD for direct contact. Once you manger is willing to give you the letter make sure he mentions that-- CIC can contact him for any information and send them.

SINP contacted my employer after a year because they were auditing the company.. Funny ehh after a year

Double check with more poeple.
All the best :)
