I got 3 refusals and my college was conestoga in canada..now my representative is asking to get offer letter from private college(canadian college) for applying for visa..side by side he has also applied for the deferment of course in conestoga college as my fees is also in conestoga college..he said that whenever I get my visa on the basis of Canadian college, he will update my DLI number of conestoga college in my GCI key..and automatically my college will be changed before reaching canada..is it possible to change your college from india? And if it is possible then will it put effect while getting work permit?
