Changing country of residence

I am an Indian living in the UK. My UK visa ends in 5 months so I will quit my job here and leave. I plan to enter the pool in a months time as I am waiting for my IELTS results and WES evaluation. Once I go to India, I have to look for a job. In case I am in the pool or in ITA stage, my current work status would be unemployed as I would be looking for a job. I am claiming points for 4 years of work experience in the last 10 years. Would a current unemployment status prevent me from getting approved?
