Changing country of residence when application in process

Hi All. I am in a weird situation right now. I was told by by employer (my uni) that they will be ending my employment in May 2018. I intend to apply by March 2018. At the time of the application, I would have met all the requirements. When I change my country of residence, how will I inform them?

Also I have the required money in USD in my bank now. I will be taking that back with me to my home country. I will open new account there. If I am granted residence (by sometime in Sept or Oct) how will I show proof of funds to an officer on first entry? My account will be fairly new at that time.

I hope I am not jumping way ahead of myself!

You can use bank statements and whatever money you'll bring in cash to show POF when doing the landing procedure.

Thanks for the quick response! So the initial POF is just for application right? When I enter I can simply take a lot of cash as POF?
