Yes I'm still residing at the address that IRCC has on file.
I think card lost by Canada post office I will wait more few days. Let's see

My wife called IRCC and agent said card Mail on 24 October and ais I have to wait maximum 6 week if not get then call again
Six weeks - per what the agent said - is ~Dec 6. That is more like the timeline I am referring to.

Keep in mind if you apply under the 'lost' process, I assume they cancel the one (that they said they sent out). That is: if you start that process and it shows up the next day, do not assume it won't get cancelled.

It happened with my case. I changed my address after eCOPR by calling them but they said they have already sent my information to the production department to issue the card so they cannot edit the mailing address nor changing address on the card itself. So call IRCC as soon as possible before they do that. I'm still waiting for my card. (I purchased mail forwarding from Canada post so even if they mail it to my old address it will be forwarded to my new address)
How long after eCoPR did you call them? Had you already received GU1 before you called? (GU1 is when you get the update on PR portal that your address was accepted)

20 days after eCOPR called them to change address. Not sure when got GU1 but got GU2 on GCKey saying they mailed the PR card on Oct 30. Still haven't received it.

Mail forwarding doesn't work with PR cards since they write in large bold font on the front of the envelope "Do Not Forward". I have researched this extensively. What happens is that they return any mail marked as do not forward to the sender if the recipient has mail forwarding active. So in your case, the card has already been returned to IRCC. What happens next is once they get the card back in the mail they're going to email you and ask for a new address to send the card to (and it can take a few weeks before you get that email).

In my case this didn't happen. They still delivered it to my old address, contacted previous landlord and arranged to check the mailbox myself, and yes the PR card was laying there waiting for me.

Yes, people have reported all sorts of experiences with mail labeled as "Do Not Forward" sent to an address with mail forwarding active. Official policy is Return to Sender. What happens in reality though is a toss-up between return to sender, deliver to the address on the envelope, or forward. I've seen real-life examples of all these three outcomes.
