Hello everyone,

Please advise!
My personal status changed and I had created a profile and received ITA.
In order to update my new personal status I had to decline ITA and deleted profile but my details and scores remain the same with no possibility to update info.
I deleted my GC Key and created a new one.
Once done I filled all information for a new profile, however I was surprised to see that my scores were not calculated at all with a message that im not eligible (normal if I have no scores for all my details)

I don't know what to do? Please help

What changed in your personal status?

Do you still meet the 67 points under FSW to qualify?

From Married to divorced.
I had to change this as my ex will not do Medical and PCC.
Do you still have at least 67 points under the FSW points system?

Thank you for your help but I think that you misunderstand me.
on my profile there is no scores at all. it's not that I have lower scores, my page/profile is not updated with any scores, it's empty.
my previous score was 512 so with personal status changed I believe I still have a good score it just need to be shown on my profile but I don't know why it's not.

You need to look into the answers you provided for the questions which are required to create your profile, most people who have this issue have provided the wrong answer to one or more questions.

It's hard for us to know which specific question it is, so i would advise you to review your answers and see if there are any which appear incorrect.

Yes - I do understand you.

One of the reasons why no score generates is if your FSW points drop below 67. So you should check that hasn't happened by removing your former spouse and any points you were getting from him.

You should also verify that you have listed enough proof of funds. I'm assuming you have listed yourself as divorced.

Another reasons might be missing ECA or IELTS results that have expired.

I checked my answers and everything is correct, also I cannot do any changes or modifications on my profile.

Normally I had 512 in my previous profile and my ex husband gave me only 20 points, so I assume I still have a good score without him.

For the funds I communicated 12.000 CD.

Also I did my tests last September so all tests IELTS and TCF are still available for 2 years.

Your proof of funds is too low. That automatically disqualifies you.

It's mentioned 12,960 it's almost the same.
How can I change it now if I have no more access to update my profile???
It's not the same. 12,960 is the minimum. If you don't have the minimum - then you are immediately ineligible.

Why can't you access your profile?
