Changing Accounts for Express Entry Profile

Would anyone recommend an IRCC contact or a Consultant or lawyer just to solve this issue, please.

Im now blocked and can't do anything for my application.

It's been a while since i created a profile, but i'm pretty sure you should be able to edit your information in it. Your sections for personal information should only lock when you receive an ITA not before that, if i remember correctly.

Keep trying to change it, but if all else fails then just create a new profile.
