I landed in Canada as a PR on 17th June and have been in Toronto ever since. The whole process of my landing was smooth and it did not take longer than 45 minutes. My COPR was signed, goods to follow list submitted and a Canadian address was provided for the PR card.

I only have a question about getting an update in the Express entry account where all the details of the application is. The only change I noticed was for the "last update date" for COPR, which was 17/06/2020, the day I landed. The expiry date of my COPR was 2nd of July. I checked the account today and both the counterfoil and COPR are marked as "Your document has expired" in the account. I find it quiet odd since I am physically present in Canada and my COPR has been signed by the immigration agent and I have already used it for opening a bank account and other legal issues.

It gives me a slight worry as this COPR has already been validated upon entry.

This might be just normal. I would be glad to know if you had different forms of update in your account after landing in Canada. Looking forward to hearing your experiences.

This is no worry, it's just showing that your documents' validity has lapsed according to the system.

It doesn't have any effect because you've already landed and had your COPR signed. This document doesn't expire.
