Address changes can be a hassle. I would wait, but others would say apply asap. There is no clear cut, factual answer here.

As per my understanding i will submit my application to Sydney office and they will perform some checks and then later on depending on processing time. The application will be transferred to a local office so i think as long as i will update new address before the transfer to local office i will be fine.
Thanks for ur reply.

Hi @spyfy and other senior members

I have a BS degree from New York. For language proof, I am wondering if I need to send anything besides a copy of my transcripts and diploma. I read somewhere on the forum that I need to get the degree evaluated by WES. IS that required?

Thanks in advance.

I really hope someone can help me :), how can i prove English proficiency ? Will YMCA English assessment work?

Or another option is that i took some french classes in the past but it was around 8 years ago and i don't remember the level accomplished.
Who should i contact to get this information?
Thank you

its very obvious you dont need new one, just make sure to create PDF copy to never lose until this proccess is over atleast. You are set.

it is really not that obvious ! i heard from others that the police certificate should be NEW !!

does anybody from the forum members done this and succeeded ?

I would apply under the old rule, only if you already filled out the forms.

Police certificates would usually expire after 6 months.[/QUOTE

Thanks Whocare , Do you mean it expire even if i did not visit the country after i got it , because some told me that if i did not visit after i got the police certificate then i do not need a new one .

Can anybody please tell me how the citizenship document list is created? Is it based on the questionnaire answered by an individual? Does that includes if one need to submit police certificate or not?

Thanks
KK

Just look at the document checklist.
It clearly states what you need to send.

Citizenship Language Requirement- I have a Masters Degree from Canadian Univ, I looked at the Instruction Guide, it doesn't clarify if we should get photocopies of transcripts or degree, or an attested copy in sealed envelop from University? -
"Proof of completion of a secondary or post-secondary program conducted in French or English, either in Canada or abroad, includes:
  • A diploma or transcripts from a secondary or post-secondary school indicating the successful completion of a program, in French or English, either in Canada or abroad, or
  • A diploma or certificate from a secondary or post-secondary school indicating successful graduation from a program conducted in French or English, either in Canada or abroad."

Did you refer to the documents checklist?

I am having a weird issue on the i94 site for US. If I get my most recent i94, I am able to get it but if I try to get my history I am unable to get it. It says "No record found for traveler."

Only thing I can think of is that my passport with which I entered is expired and I have not traveled with the new passport. Ideas?

I tried it too and couldn't but I think it's because I'm a US citizen. I've visited my parents about once a month over the past 6 years and I don't have the exact dates, so that's going to stink because I don't want to lie or appear that I am. But at max I was away a week most of the time it was a day or two. I'm not sure how to proceed. I feel frustrated and a little stupid. I really feel bad about having several pages of just dates on them.
