changes in AINP processing times

I just got my FN this afternoon, I send all my doc 1 month ago.....

Hi friends brothers & sisters , my question is why AINP has made new changes in the AINP processing times , they did not even mentioned any specific months like 20 or 24 months for processing, so how long should I wait for the nomination or this new changes will speedup the nomination process .I applied on may 15,2015.I want to know what's these changes mean
