changes after submitting ITA

I have submitted my ITA, but it turned out that my Job offer does not apply for post PR status, and seems that I will lose my points for the job offer and be rejected. But if I improve my CELPIP I will still keep the same points . so far my profile only passed medical and the final result expected in January 2021.
Will they accept my new CELPIP results?

What do you mean by "I have submitted my ITA"? Do you mean that you have submitted your complete application after receiving ITA? If so, you cannot swap points or add new language points. You would need to withdraw the application, re-enter the pool and wait for ITA again.

Thank you for your reply. Yes, i have submitted ITA and received AOR. there is a possibility to upload documents after ITA submission, I thought they are for the update if it happens. ? Thank you

It's certainly possible to upload documents after ITA submission. But you can't swap job points for language points.

my it is from July 2021 till july 2022. nothing about POST PR status. ( employer does want to change that )
