Change visitor visa to worker visa

I came to Canada by worker visa live in cargiver program but right now I didn't work as nanny any more because I've got married and now I applied for extend stay as visitor visa (change from worker visa to visitor). I would like to ask if I found the employer to sponsor me and would like to apply work permit for me (from now as visitor visa) Can I get work permit visa again and apply in Canada

No, as you "traded in" your work permit for a visitor permit. You would have to apply to an office outside Canada.
