My wife has an pgwp and i have a open work permit. Right now we need more point and time to acomplish it. So now i decided to go to college for a year to extend my stay and my wife can keep working.The question is when i apply to change my status and my wife, its taking 3 month for cic to give an answer. We only 40 days to apply for a the new status. So that means in the time they will answer our status will be expire. Would it be posible to keep working until they change our status, or do we have to stop working until they give us our new status, study for me and open work permit for my wife.
