My common-law partner got a PNP nomination and would like to send his application for PR in the next days including me as spouse, but non-accompanying because I have applied in August for FSW and my file is in process (answer expected Feb. 28, 2021)

There are great chances that my application get rejected because I made a fundamental mistake in my application.
I didn't add him in my application at that time because we weren't common-law yet. I would add him today or this week as a common law, since my status has to be updated.

In the case that my FSW application get rejected, will it be possible that he then adds me as an accompanying spouse in his PNP application (Alberta)?
What yould be the best strategy in this case?
If I am non-accompanying in his PNP application, can I get an OWP through him as spouse? I am under visitor status right now (implied)

PS : we want to avoid the sponsorship programm.

Thank you a lot for your answers.
