Change province in the middle of Partnership Visa Application

Hi everybody,

My wife and I are in the middle of a partnership application. She is currently my sponsor and is due to give birth to our first child in the next few months around the time when my PR should go through. We are currently in Alberta but want to move to Ontario to be close to her family for support.

The concern is:

• a) Are we allowed to change provinces before PR is approved?
• b) Will we need to come back to Alberta to do the interview component of the application or can we complete this in another province?

I would really appreciate any help as we stressing quite a bit.

b) Update your address. You don't need to return to Alberta.
