Change province after receiving ITA

Hello Everyone .. I came to canada for 1 year post graduation diploma which was in London Ontario .After my studies i moved to Winnipeg and has been working there for more than a year .Now i got an ITA for the profile submitted in Express entry under cec. Can i move back to Ontario or should i wait in Winnipeg until my PR is done .i have open work permit till next year (2022) as well. I haven't submitted my docs for ITA yet .Any suggestions would be great .

Unless you got a nomination under PNP, you're not obligated to stay in a particular province. Just make sure to inform IRCC of any address change through application or webform.
