My name is ARJUN P, as a South Indian standard, we generally do not expand the initials. The academic docs and birth certs. Has this data.

However, in the passport it is ARJUN PADMAKUMAR.

1. How will my WES report bear the name?

However, in the passport it is ARJUN PADMAKUMAR.

You will get WES with your name as in Passport- Actually you have to indicate the name that should apprear in WES report.
And It doesnt matter if either name is on the WES report.

Make sure, you employment docs, PCC has the name that is present on passport.
