I changed my official name and it is different from what is on my degree certificate. I have a letter from the Dean of the Medical college (from 2005), and an official Gazette notification displaying the change of name. My official name is my current name on the passport.
Does these have to be attested by a Notary in Canada? I have a notarized version, but from 2009...
Any advice would be grateful.
