Has anyone here ever changed or updated his KYC details in GIC account like address, contact number or email ?
I have got my email changed from A to B via contacting ISBO mailbox, but I am unable to see the GIC applications in my new email B. Though I cannot login with my email A now, I can easily login with email B with same password but I could not see a single applications where as there were three applications with email A account (two cancelled and one active).
I again contacted the ISBO team but hey said that "please see that your request is forwarded to the concerned time and we will let you".
Anyone with similar kind of experience?
