change of course after going to canada

hello...
i am a pharmacy graduate in india,and i got 6.0 band in ielts.I got an admission in sheridan college for chemical laboratory technician programme for jan 2015 intake,actually i am not at all intrested in that programme.now other programmes in all other colleges are closed.
Is it is possible to change the college and programme to another for may intake by cancelling the admit after going to canada...is there a chance to break one sem to change the college.if yes please tell me how to process .

please provide ur valuable suggestions.....

Yes - you can change schools once you arrived in Canada. You will have to notify CIC.

Note that if you stop studying for 90 days or more your study permit becomes invalid.

Acording to the offical guidlines, if program is postgraduate level ( for example: Bachelor to Master or Master to Pg level program ) then no need to notify CIC , Right ??

Only in the case of Undergraduate course CIC need to be informed ?

my profile is similar to you.
going to sheridan in same course after b.pharmacy for jan2015.
I guess if you're not interested in this course you can change your course to Pharmacy technician which will be very useful for u in future. You can talk to sheridan international advisor.
Also, there is one more program quality management smthing related to our field.
