So we finished our soft landing and returned back to the US, where we are wrapping up our jobs and leases.
We were represented by a immigration law firm, whose contact information is listed with the IRCC.
Recently they requested us to change the contact information so that any communication from IRCC can go to us directly.
My questions is:

My questions is:
- If we change the contact information, will that mean us removing the immigration law firm as representatives?
- How easy or hard is it to update that contact information with IRCC? I am looking at this: https://ircc.canada.ca/english/helpcentre/answer.asp?qnum=043&top=4
SHould i call IRCC or use web form? what has been your experience?
