CHANGE OF COLLEGE AFTER GETTING VISA ???

HELLO EVERYONE

I am in doubt that can we change college after getting visa ??
My agent is saying that now college dnt refund fees.. atleast of first semester
He said since january 2017 intake, this thing is happening
In earlier cases roughly $2k were deducted for this.
Can we discus this ???
Is there anyone who changed college in january 2017 or may 2017 intake ??

As far as fee refunds every college can have a different policy so you need to deal with the college directly although generally there might at a minimum be an admin fee or more if it was just a student decision not to proceed.

me too heard that but it is nowhere mentioned in colleges website. any expert opinions on this topic? i Know agent might say this so that we will not change college when we reach there. but i heard this from my friends too.

yes we can change college....most colleges do deduction of $2000-2500,,,,
major requirement is LOA from another college and by applying for refund in time before college starts,,
