Our PR application has been filed after obtaining CSQ. Presently we are living in China and we assume that our PR application is being processed based on China residency. We have Indian passport. In case we move to Quebec based on study permit or work permit, will our file processing be shifted to Canada ?. and will the processing time be reduced ?"
