Change of address who do I contact?

As a sponsor, I'm going back to toronto and I am going to stay at my family home until the entire process is over and my husband can come back as a permanent resident. I'm going back next week and I want to change my current address, so who do I contact? I would like to contact someone at CIC this week. Do I email Missisauaga or call by phone? My husband says I should do it before they look at our files.
