I received my AOR on 2nd April, after which I moved to a different address and want to know how to change my address in my application.
I tried changing my address using this form - https://services3.cic.gc.ca/ecas/authenticate.do#formErrors
but I am unable to do it as it shows the message "We were not able to identify you using the information you provided"
Then I tried using the Web Form (https://secure.cic.gc.ca/enquiries-renseignements/canada-case-cas-eng.aspx)
and selected the option "Change of Contact Information" under the field "Type of application/enquiry" and submitted my new address, but I did not receive any confirmation of the change. It's been almost 20 days and I am not sure if my address has been changed in their files.
I would really appreciate any help in understanding if I did it correctly and how to check if my address has been changed.
