Can anyone pls enlighten me. I'm confused. I worked as a nurse in the Middle East for two years. In my reference letter, my job designation was a general nurse. However, I was assigned in the dental department for 2 years, hence my job descriptions and tasks correspond well with those of a dental assistant or hygienist. Now, I'm planning to apply though mpnp, but I have learned that Registered nurse is not included under the in demand list of occupation for Manitoba provincial nominee. By contrast, a dental nurse or a hyginiest are among the in demand occupations for mpnp. My question is, can I change my noc from registered nurse to a dental hygienist since my job descriptions from my reference letter match with those of a dental hygienist from Canada ?
