Change NOC after receive ITA: need to change skill level from NOC O (managerial) to NOC A (professional occupation)

Hi all, I received a reference letter from my previous employer (not my primary occupation), and I might need to change my NOC after ITA.
I submitted my profile with the NOC 0124 - advertising, marketing, public relations manager. My actual title was market associate which was between analyst and manager.
While in the reference letter, the company did not mention my supervising role and now I think the job duty is more like 1123 - professional occupation in adveristing, marketing.

Is it ok to change NOC after ITA? I saw a few posts with the similar question but I guess mine is more tricky cuz I need to downgrade the skill level completely.
