Change in Job status after ITA

My contract with my recent employer will end on 31st March 2017. should i inform CIC about this ? if yes what the procedure ?

Also i claimed points for three years of experience which i have so being jobless wont effect my application right ? cause i dont intend on starting a new job before my PR is finalized.
