Hi,
My family & I received our CoPR few days back which is valid till August 2018. Yesterday I came to know that my wife is expecting & delivery date is in August 2018. We are planning to travel in April. Do I need to inform IRCC about the change in the family condition? What additional process will I have to do if I inform them?
Also my wife is planning to come back to India for the delivery in May 2018. In this case, how can we take the newborn baby to Canada later?

Expecting a baby is not a change in family composition and you don't need to inform IRCC as long as you are landing before the delivery. If the child is born outside Canada after landing, you will have to sponsor the child and you will have to be in Canada to do so. You can try to apply for a TRV (tourist visa) for the baby first, but there is no guarantee for approval. So, be prepared to be separated from the child for few months until the sponsorship application approval. Congratulations and Good Luck!
