Hello guys,
I have applied for PR under SINP OID stream in Jan 2018 and currently, being processed with CIO Sydney. At present, I am waiting on MR. Now, here is the issue, my H1B expires in June 2018 and would be moving back to India likely before PR being processed (hope it comes before my move but given current trend does appear it will be here). My question is whether it will affect my PR processing and besides updating my mailing address, is there anything else I need to do? Will my application be transferred to India or will I just need to send my passport at Indian consulate? Not sure how that works. Any help would be much appreciated.
