Change Country after Receive CSQ

Hi EveryOne.

I need help to submit my Federal Application under CSQ program.

I am from India and I have received my CSQ end of last year with visa office India New Delhi. After Receiving CSQ I got UK PR (permanent residency) and I submitted my Federal Application with visa office UK. Now CIC have sent my Federal application back to me because I have given different visa office than CSQ visa office.

I sent an email Quebec Immigration to ask can i change my visa office.. They replied.
"Your request for information has been noted. Unfortunately, we cannot help you because this subject does not fall under the mandate of the Ministère de l’Immigration et des Communautés culturelles du Québec."


Please help me...

Send email to VO new delhi, and ask about it. When did you apply for csq. What's your profession?

I applied early last year and I had interview in oct. I applied under Nursing profession.
