Change college while visa is under process

I have secured admission in college A in Ontario for a 1 year pg Diploma course with optional co-op.
So i am supposed to apply for student visa along with co-op permit.
But i have also applied for master's program of 2 years in Quebec which will take time to give offer letter and chances of getting one is very low.

So can i apply for student and co-op permit for 1 year program of college A and later change it if I get accepted in university B which has different duration and is a city of Quebec which has a different system all while the visa is still in process?

You can change your DLI but will need to apply for and receive a CAQ first if it's in Quebec.

You can change your DLI but will need to apply for and receive a CAQ first if it's in Quebec.

So first, i have to wait for Canada visa office to issue the permit for Ontario college.
Later i have to apply and obtain CAQ?

You need to get the study permit, then get the CAQ, and then change your DLI.
