Change collage

i have enrolled in TRU(thompson rivers university) BC for may 2018 batch , i have't registered yet in university , now i want to change my collage to Matrix collage(private but have DLI number) Quebec , montreal for AEC course , i just want to confirm that whether it will effect my PGWP , am illegible for it ?
