I have work permit visa and applied for PR from inside Canada and my PR application is in process.
I am main applicant and now i am in Canada but my husband is outside Canada. He applied for open work permit visa. He has received his open work permit Visa recently and he decide to come to Canada while our PR process is in process.
I want to know how can I submit a change address for my husband, for changing address from outside Canada to inside Canada?
The Change of Address service doesn't know my UCI, while all of my info are correct.
in the other hand, i am not sure that can i use it for changing from outside to inside when our PR application is in process. or not?
