It should not be taking that. Their processing time is 3 week. You should write to embassy asking about the update of your case.

Hi !! I applied under spp in Chandigarh on 29th June for student visa , and not yet received any email !! So is there any point of concern plzzz help !!!

My friend got visa after 20 days.. He applied paper application.. Chandigarh... On 10 June and got on 29th
Am in still processing i applied on 30th mayI Applied On 1st June Paper based Under non ssp category And 4 weeks passed still the file is processing

Its my personal suggestion raise an webform enquiry otherwise you will be more late for decision because today guy of 27 june got visa. Now a days there is too much rush in chandigarh embassy. Everyday around 4k application has been submtd. So try to inform that you are so much late
