What are my chances to get an invitation for canada PR after 1 year graduate paid training and a canada masters education.
Will I get an invitation if I have these qualifications and an excellant ielts score?
Or Do i need to get a job in canada eventhough i have 1 year paid training exp and canadian education?

Already answered above. You need to calculate your points to determine your chances. You need to have 450+ points to have a high chance of being selected.

You're going to have to keep up with the yearly PNP rules yourself if you want to know your chances. Or hire an immigration consultant.
