My parents are not taking care of me,i live with my maternal uncle and aunt but they have not legally adopted me.i m applying for study permit under general category,and my maternal uncle and aunt are sponsoring me,does this affect the decision of my study permit?

Not at all. Know someone with similar circumstances. In SOP devote few lines to your maternal aunt and uncle as to how they shaped your career goals and how you would like to give it back once you return after your studies to your home country
