Chances of rejection?

Hi all,

I applied for experess entry in October 2. I was worried initially about my noc mismatch. Yesterday I got to know eligibility is recommended as pass. the lady on the phone said everything looks clear and shouldn't take long. criminality is also completed and security checks have not started.

so what does this mean? they are happy with my noc? or should I still be worried? does recommended as pass means application is approved? what are the chances of rejection at this stage?

nothing is approved until it is approved but eligibility recommended pass means that the analyst who looked at your file believes that your noc fits the JD that you presented.

I would say that more than 99% of such cases pass so you should be optimistic of your chances.
