Chances of Rejection after RPRF & medicals (person being medically fit)

i have never seen anybody rejected after rprf...so it means medical and rprf are the last steps...actually in my caipsnotes BDEC is blank but my medical and rprf have been issued...does that mean they ask for rprf before background decision...so i should assume that my background are still pending and anything can happen in my case....and how SELDEC 4 is there which means selection decision has been waived (interview waived).
if they haven't made background decision then how can they move further...ie how did they gave me all points and requested for medical and rprf.

Hello,
I sent my RPRF & Medicals in Nov'09. They also asked me for additional 5 copies of photos that i already sent. its almost 4 months after sending RPRF & medicals. now my question is how far is there chance to reject my application after sending RPRF & medicals.

Now days due to pressure, they some times conduct background checks even after medicals but the case is very very few. New Delhi visa office, applicant's employer got verification call after medicals. Saw one case on this forum only.

But do not worry. Its very rare.
