Hello Friends,
i have a valid US and Canada Visas, I have been twice in US and Once in Canada and UK. my question is if i claim a refugee in Canada, how much chances of being approved? i have strong documented evidence.

You & ur evidence both will be testified during hearing.it all depends how you perform on hearing !

It totally depends on how you arrive at the border and where you travelled from. If you are travelling direct from neither the USA or Canada when you arrive at the airport in either country, the agreement is not invoked.

You will also have to show that you were not in any danger when you travelled to US and UK before because you did not file for asylum at that time.
