chances of getting visa for an undergraduate diploma for graduate student

Hi. I have been accepted in NAIT for Chemical Technology 2 year diploma programme. My profile is as follows
10th-95%
12th-77%
BSc. (Biotechnology)- 63%
IELTS- 7.0

I am concerned about the visa. will i get the visa for an undergraduate program as I am already Graduate. I cant apply for masters as I have no 16 years of education. And I am restricted to Edmonton only and edmonton has no post graduate diploma program.

I have read that with strong SOP I can get visa. Can you tell me what I should include in SOP.

Further I went to the university two years before as a student but returned back in one month because of some problem. will it cause any problem?

I have approved GIC account and I have paid tuition fees too.

Please help me

Why don't you try for one year PG-certificate course and then upgrade it. There are many good colleges.
If we restrict ourselves to one particular location, area etc. then we should have all that it takes to go there!

Some people do get it also... But you have to prove it so well that you will come back after two years, show loans, show property, show parental bondings, etc. Visa officers cannot be taken for a ride.

You can still go for Masters write GRE, prepare good SOP and try, hopefully you will get

Masters is 10+2+3+2 or 10+2+3+3

Most Canadian Unviersities need 10+2+4 for masters admission...though you can apply after emailing some Unviersities...
